School Workforce Summit.

Connecting school workforce leaders across sectors for common learning, collaboration and community.

Sponsored by:

Prepare for something different.

The PeopleBench School Workforce Summit will not be your usual conference.

The day has been designed with intent and care to foster community and creative thinking. Author Priya Parker says, ‘‘It’s hard to build a movement if you don’t know who’s in it”. The summit will be filled with rich opportunities to talk together, rather than being talked at and generous time to connect and celebrate the work being done in education in Australia.

Engage with the big issues.

Together, we will explore…

The future of work in education

School workforce sustainability

Leadership

Workforce resilience and more

Take your seat at the table.

You'll connect and collaborate with peers who have varied perspectives and roles in the Sector–
